Winter Sports & Activities
Skiing & Snowboarding
Arizona Snowbowl is the center of Flagstaff's winter sports. Though the ski resort is not located on a long mountain range like some of the resorts in Colorado and Utah, Mt. Humphreys is high and provides Arizonans a place to play in the snow without having to drive to another state. Arizona Snowbowl is best for skiing and and snowboarding. There is a terrain park in the resort and the ability to do some back-country exploring as well. If you chose to go back-country skiing, please make sure you are knowledgable about avalanches and carry a beacon with you.See Arizona Snowbowl Information »
