Snowboard and Ski Equipment Rentals

Getting ready for the upcoming ski season at Arizona Snowbowl? We're hoping that this will be a good one with 35 acres of new intermediate trails in addition to several steeper and longer trails for our seasoned snow players. But if you're just getting into the sport  or are on vacation and need to rent ski equipment or snowboarding gear, we're going do our best to point you in the right direction. There are several established snow equipment rental places in the area, and for the most part, they are fairly priced unlike many ski resorts. Arizona Snowbowl is a great place to learn how to ski and snowboard as the atmoshpere is unpretentious and welcoming. If you are a beginner, and you're just wanting to see if you like it, you may consider just renting your snow gear insteading purchasing it as it can become pricey.

Ski and Snowboard Equipment Rentals:

• Waterproof or water resistant pants, jackets and gloves
• Helmets, goggles, gator and poles.
• Skis, snowboards and boots

Things You Would Want to Own:

• Wool socks
• Warm layers such as long underwear, wool sweater, fleece or wool pants (no cotton).   2 layers are a great choice. Taking extra clothing and socks to change into after skiing/snowboarding is recommended.
• Toe and hand warmers if you are suceptible to cold hands and feet.
