• Charitable events and/or free events are welcome.
• Events for non-profit organizations are welcome.
• Community events are welcome.
• Private, for-profit and/or commercial events are not accepted.
• Special church and /or religious events are welcome. Regular services, or classes are not accepted.

• Listings must include date, time and the event location.
• Listings must include a contact phone number, or email address, so Flagstaff.com's editors may contact you if we have questions. Please indicate in the Event Description if you would not like to have the phone number or email address to be published.
• Listings must include price or ticket information even if it is a "free" event.
• You may include a web address for more information, but we do not provide hyperlinks.

All submitted events are subject to review and editing by Flagstaff.com editors and we reserve the right to refuse an event without explanation.</sub>
